Becky is a former competitive athlete who has found that Pilates is the key to moving pain free for life. She brings a vibrant and encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Becky has been a Registered Kinesiologist for over 8 years and has since worked in multiple rehab settings including cardiac rehab, chronic disease, physiotherapy, and athletics. Becky is the founder of Sweat Happy Wellness and believes that a little bit of daily movement is critical for optimal mental health and happiness. She strives to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies in a holistic and compassionate way.
Aedan Potter
Aedan has been working in the health and wellness world for a few years now, teaching yoga, offering holistic treatments and newly Pilates. She has a great passion for helping people and truly wants to see people thrive within themselves and honour their bodies. She believes that you are a priority and that your body matters.

While studying within the realm of Psychology, Cameron discovered her passion for understanding the importance of our mental well-being in partnership with our physical well-being. This has carried forth into teaching yoga and now Pilates.
At Sweat Happy, Cameron found a place free from judgment and competition. This is a happy place, a place for self love! This is a feeling Cameron can’t wait to share with others!
Kait Howell
Kait is a passionate pilates and movement teacher who found her love for pilates on maternity leave with her first daughter.
She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a mat (Barre Body) and Reformer (Sweat Happy) certified instructor. Her classes are rooted in curiosity, encouragement, and authenticity—designed to build strength, mobility, and a sense of play. Kait's goal is to help you connect more deeply with your body and yourself in each session.
When she's not teaching, you can find her crafting web series and digital films or chasing after her two young daughters in the park.

After years of tattooing led to poor posture, soreness, and back pain, Cassie discovered yoga, then pilates, and never looked back. An avid student-turned-teacher, her practice focuses on encouraging mobility, functional strength, and self awareness in an inclusive, supportive environment.
Cassie is also a performing artist, creating original music that is calm and introspective yet powerful, reminiscent of her pilates style.
