Becky Sheehey
Becky is a former competitive athlete who has found that Pilates is the key to moving pain free for life. She brings a vibrant and encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Becky has been a Registered Kinesiologist for over 8 years and has since worked in multiple rehab settings including cardiac rehab, chronic disease, physiotherapy, and athletics. Becky is the founder of Sweat Happy Wellness and believes that a little bit of daily movement is critical for optimal mental health and happiness. She strives to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies in a holistic and compassionate way.
Telsi Szanyi
Telsi has worked professionally in movement education since 2015. She sees great value in connecting to the body on many levels, deep tissue to superficial layers, and mind to body to spirit.

Having studied psychology, natural medicine, Pilates, and other movement modalities, she has a great eye for holistic movement practices. It brings her great joy to help others connect to their body and learn about their body-story. She seeks out regular continuing education and is currently working on adding a "Human Biomechanics Specialization" to her Pilates certification.
Telsi has settled into her role as a Kinesiology Assistant at the Peterborough Studio and spends her day helping people understand their imbalances. She will teach you how to support your body to live a life free of pain and feel more confident in your day-to-day tasks.
Aedan Potter
Aedan has been working in the health and wellness world for a few years now, teaching yoga, offering holistic treatments and newly Pilates. She has a great passion for helping people and truly wants to see people thrive within themselves and honour their bodies. She believes that you are a priority and that your body matters.

Hannah Strickland
Hannah Strickland has been surrounded by the world of health and Pilates her whole life.
As a child, Hannah grew up watching her mother incorporate Pilates into her Natural Health practice. Hannah has always had a passion for Pilates, and has now made it her reality as she completed her Mat Pilates Certification with Body Harmonics and has trained under the movement experts at Sweat Happy Pilates.
Carly Eagles
Carly has been in the movement industry for 10 years and discovered her passion for Pilates about four years ago. Trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Body Harmonics, Carly brings a comprehensive knowledge of Pilates and body mechanics as well as a deep commitment to helping others move and feel great.

Carly discovered her love of movement many years ago, when she was experiencing a lot of life changes and anxiety. Movement practices such as strength training, yoga and Pilates helped her to turn inwards and find spaces of peace within herself. These improvements in her own life are what guided her to pursue a career in movement and wellness.
Her classes have an emphasis on the balance between effort and ease, helping you to leave feeling your best. You can expect a focus on quality of movement, mobility, stability, challenge and of course fun! Katie Kaiser
Katie has been on a chronic illness healing journey for the past 6 years and has explored many realms of natural healing modalities. She has learnt the vital importance of the nervous system when it comes to healing the body as it works in tandem with the endocrine system. Together, they control the various systems of the body and in strengthening these, you strengthen yourself as a whole.
Sound Healer
She has been practicing sound healing for over a year and has found it has the innate ability to shift the nervous system from a state of fight or flight to calmness in minutes through its vibrational nature. Using tuning forks, sound bowls, pyramids, and other sound tools, she has found that vibrational healing has had a profound improvement in her overall well being and is excited to share this calming healing modality with others.
Lyndele Gauci
Lyndele is a work hard, play hard kinda Mumma! She has lived in Nogojiwanong/Peterborough for over 25 years, and is raising a little human with a life abundant in nature, the arts, and community.
She enjoys gardening, camping, kitchen magic, foraging and exploring what life has to offer. She's a big personality, loves to laugh, sing and perform in local theatre. She has a background as a personal chef as well as Reiki.

While studying within the realm of Psychology, Cameron discovered her passion for understanding the importance of our mental well-being in partnership with our physical well-being. This has carried forth into teaching yoga and now Pilates.
At Sweat Happy, Cameron found a place free from judgment and competition. This is a happy place, a place for self love! This is a feeling Cameron can’t wait to share with others!

Deb has been a part of the Sweat Happy team since 2019. First as a client who fell in the love the reformer and now as a certified Pilates Instructor. For years Deb struggled to find a way to move her body that left her feeling safe and successful. Reformer Pilates changed all that and she was instantly hooked.

With Deb’s background in Education she is passionate about introducing people to the safe, intentional and mindful movement of Reformer Pilates. She never tires of hearing people, after their first class exclaim “Where has this been all my life!”. Even more rewarding for Deb is the relationships that develop after clients return and notice they move with more strength and ease. Deb’s own love of learning keeps her busy with Active Aging and Biomechanics continuing education courses. You’ll always hear Deb tell her clients showing up is 90%, giving yourself permission to meet your body where it is that day is 100%.
