About Becky
Becky Sheehey is a Registered Kinesiologist, Pilates educator, and former competitive athlete who discovered Pilates as the key to moving pain-free for life. With over eight years of experience across rehabilitation, athletics, and movement-based settings, Becky brings a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and applied movement to her teaching.
She has worked in cardiac rehabilitation, chronic disease management, physiotherapy, and athletic performance, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs and abilities. Becky is the founder of Sweat Happy Wellness and is deeply passionate about education—believing that understanding how the body moves is essential to teaching movement safely and effectively.
Her teaching style is grounded, encouraging, and informed by both science and compassion, with a strong emphasis on confidence-building and lifelong learning.
