Foundational Reformer
Level: Sweet
This is where it all begins, or where you come back to reconnect.
Foundational Reformer is perfect for beginners and seasoned movers who want to slow things down, move with intention, and truly understand their bodies. We focus on alignment, joint mechanics, breath, and control, building strength from the inside out.
Expect thoughtful cueing, smart progressions, and a class that supports your nervous system just as much as your muscles. This is Pilates as it was meant to be: supportive, intelligent, and deeply effective.
Great for beginners, injury-aware movers, and anyone craving a reset.
Strengthen & Sculpt
Level: Satisfying
This class builds on the foundations, with a little more pep in its step.
Strengthen & Sculpt moves at a slightly quicker pace than Foundational Reformer, while still honoring alignment, biomechanics, and joint health. You’ll flow through a wider range of exercises designed to build full-body strength, improve stability, and leave you with that deep, satisfying burn.
It’s challenging without being chaotic, smart, intentional movement that makes you feel strong, capable, and energized.
Perfect if you’re comfortable on the reformer and ready for more challenge (and more sweat).
Reformer Burn
Level: Spicy
This one brings the heat, intelligently.
Reformer Burn is an advanced, strength-forward class that challenges your entire body through dynamic, flowing sequences. Expect longer work sets, deeper muscular fatigue, and creative progressions that demand focus, control, and resilience.
It’s intense, empowering, and deeply rewarding — the kind of class that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and mentally clear long after you leave the studio.
Best for experienced reformer clients who love a challenge.
Jumpboard
Level: Spicy | Advanced Cardio
Formerly Get Sprung — now with a glow-up and clearer expectations.
Jumpboard is a high-energy, advanced reformer class that blends cardio with strength using the jumpboard attachment. Expect athletic, rhythmic movement that gets your heart rate up while staying low-impact and joint-friendly.
This class is similar in intensity to Reformer Burn, but cardio-based. It’s fast-paced, demanding, and an absolute mood booster — incredible for cardiovascular health, coordination, and stress relief.
Not beginner friendly. Prior reformer experience is required.
Build: Reformer Strength
Level: Spicy
Build strength, stability, and power in this dynamic fusion of traditional Pilates and functional strength training. Using dumbbells and resistance props, this class blends controlled Pilates movements with progressive weight-based exercises to sculpt, tone, and challenge your entire body. Expect a focus on form, muscle endurance, and full-body alignment—all while maintaining that mindful Pilates flow.
Mom & Baby Reformer Series
Level: Sweet
We regularly run special 8-week Mom & Baby Reformer Pilates series designed to help you ease back into movement, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and feel confident in your body again — all while bringing your little one along.
