About The Course
Joseph Pilates said that after 10 sessions you FEEL the difference, 20 sessions you SEE the difference and after 30 sessions you have a totally new body. Now, I have found this to be 100% true, HOWEVER, I know sometimes we lose people on the first or second session because there is just SO much to know and you can't know it all overnight.
WELL, now you can take in the magic of Pilates at your own pace in your own home.

I’m Becky Sheehey, a certified Kineosologist and Pilates Instructor with over 8 years of experience in corrective exercise.
Pilates class can be VERY confusing.
There is a lot of cueing, a lot of thinking involved, and many, many ways to get it wrong.
Sometimes a class can leave your head spinning because of all the information you just took in.
I have BEEN THERE! And this is one of the ways Pilates can turn you off right in the first class-simply because of it's complexity as a practice!

- How to line up your cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine from top to bottom
- How to negate pain in certain areas like knees, ankles and wrists
- How to TRULY engage your "inner unit" or "deep abdominals" and how to breathe while doing it (because this isn't always obvious in class and does take practice!)
- The importance of this VERY unique and awesome practice broken down into digestible, easy-to-understand chunks where you can learn at your own pace and practice as you go!
