Becky Sheehey

Becky Sheehey is a Registered Kinesiologist, Pilates instructor, and the founder of Sweat Happy Wellness. She has been teaching fitness since 2008 and has been teaching Pilates for over a decade, helping people move with more strength, confidence, and joy.

Originally a competitive cross country runner for ten years, Becky struggled with recurring injuries throughout her athletic career. Discovering Pilates changed everything. It helped her understand her body in a new way, allowing her to rehab injuries, move with more awareness, and build long term resilience.

Becky has been a Registered Kinesiologist since 2012 and has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings including cardiac rehab, physiotherapy clinics, chronic disease management, and athletics. She blends clinical knowledge with the art of Pilates to help clients move better, reduce pain, and feel more connected to their bodies.

Movement has always been deeply connected to Becky’s mental health and overall wellbeing. Through Sweat Happy, she is passionate about helping others build a positive and sustainable relationship with movement.

Aedan Potter

As a certified Mat, Barre, and Reformer instructor, I teach from experience, not just education. Moving through my own injuries has shaped the way I guide others: with care, clarity, and respect for where your body is today.

I believe movement should meet you where you’re at, challenge you with intention, and leave you feeling strong, proud, and energized (with a little shake to prove it). My classes are supportive, motivating, and challenging , with just enough spice to push you beyond what you thought you could do. I’ll always remind you that you’re capable… because you absolutely are. I can’t wait to move with you.

Cameron Maly

I believe Pilates is about more than just movement — it’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience from the inside out.

As a full-time Reformer instructor and Studio Lead at Sweat Happy, I’m passionate about helping you feel powerful and capable in your body. My classes are rooted in strong fundamentals, intentional programming, and intelligent progression. I’ll challenge you, support you, and guide you to move with control and purpose. 

Whether you’re brand new or refining your practice, my goal is simple: to help you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Kait Howell

Kait is a passionate pilates and movement teacher who found her love for pilates on maternity leave with her first daughter.

She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a mat (Barre Body) and Reformer (Sweat Happy) certified instructor. Her classes are rooted in curiosity, encouragement, and authenticity—designed to build strength, mobility, and a sense of play. Kait's goal is to help you connect more deeply with your body and yourself in each session.

When she's not teaching, you can find her crafting web series and digital films or chasing after her two young daughters in the park.

Claire Howard

Claire is a passionate Reformer Pilates instructor who discovered her love for Pilates while seeking a cross-training method.

Cassie is a Sweat Happy-certified Pilates instructor, excited to share mindful and accessible movement.

After years of tattooing led to poor posture, soreness, and back pain, Cassie discovered yoga, then pilates, and never looked back. An avid student-turned-teacher, her practice focuses on encouraging mobility, functional strength, and self awareness in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Cassie is also a performing artist, creating original music that is calm and introspective yet powerful, reminiscent of her pilates style.

A former competitive gymnast, Emily has always had a deep love for movement and fitness.

Her journey led her to Pilates, where she found not only a new passion but a powerful way to build strength from the inside out. Emily fell in love with how Pilates makes her feel—energized, and strong.

Upbeat and challenging yet welcoming for all, Gracie’s Pilates classes leave you stronger and brighter.

She loves Pilates because it connects mind and body, creating not just physical strength, but a deeper sense of joy and well-being.

Kaitlin Murray

Drawn to Pilates for its mind–body connection and intentional approach to strength, Kaitlin deepened her practice by earning her Mat and Reformer certifications through Sweat Happy.

She now guides clients through breath-led movement centered on core stability, alignment and control.Her classes are challenging yet supportive and welcoming, focused on building functional strength through thoughtful progression.Outside the studio, Kaitlin is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a deep passion for holistic health and well-being.
